Windows Home XP – viewing pictures in folders?
I’ve done this before, so I know how to view and burn to CD, but I’ve lost the ‘menu’ list that was on the left of the view panel. You know the one which lets you set up slide show, burn CD, move, delete etc.
I’ve recently installed new software to download my Fuji digi, (used to use Nikon which also isn’t working the same!) and wonder if this is preventing my XP from doing what it always did? I want to burn a CD with the images on and can’t find where it’s gone?
Please, what’s happened and how do I get it back? Thanks

Your folders may be on classic windows setting. Open up your “My Pictures” folder. At the very top click on ‘Tools\Folder Options’
On the general tab make sure that “Show Common Tasks In Folders” is selected. Click Apply and OK to finish.
